Located between Vercors and Devoluy, the property is a 19th century converted barn with a magnificent view of the majestic Grand Ferrand massif (2761m).
The barn is located near the small village of Tréminis at the foot of the many hiking trails in the Trièves region. Tréminis (980m high - 178 inhabitants) is 75km south of Grenoble on the boundaries of Isère, Hautes-Alpes and Drome.
This newly converted property is now the ideal holiday home for up to 14 people in the form of two gites that can be rented either independently or together. The house, renovated with great care by the current owners, combines warm and welcoming decor and the spacious volumes of the original structure.
The barn offers a real sanctuary for tired urbanites, with breathtaking views, unspoilt nature, and plenty of activities on site. In the summer there is hiking or mountain biking on one of the numerous trails starting from the house. In winter, the same trails can be used for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
It is an invitation to live with the rhythm of the seasons, to take the time and to cherish the moment. The two « gites » can be rented independently or together. They comfortably sleep 9 and 5 people. The two « gites » can interlink to sleep up to 14 people. Priority will be given to groups that want to rent both together during July and August.
Each gite has its own private terrace with optimal aspect to soak up the sun looking at the mountain view.
